If you want to eat healthy, you don’t have to be boring. Broccoli sprouts are not just for salads and sprout sandwiches.
Tip: Think about including them wherever you would include lettuce (link a sandwich or wrap) or where you might want a little extra crunch or crispiness (ie. a scramble or on top of a stir fry or cold pasta salad).
And if you happen to run out of ideas – you can always throw them into your morning breakfast smoothie, and you’l never know they’re there!
